IT’S A GREAT DAY TO BE A RAMBLER! We have big reasons to celebrate across Rose Bud School District! Rose Bud Elementary School, Rose Bud High School, and Rose Bud School District as a whole have all earned a B rating! We are especially excited to celebrate the growth at RBES as they moved up to a B! Having both of our schools AND our district earn a B is an incredible accomplishment, and we could not be more proud of the students, faculty, and staff who made it possible. These ratings are more than just a letter. They reflect students who are learning and growing, teachers who pour into them every day, and faculty and staff who are committed to making Rose Bud the very best it can be. Congratulations, Ramblers! There is so much to be proud of across Rose Bud School District! Rose Bud High School has been recognized as a 2025–2026 Arkansas Gem School by the Arkansas Department of Education!
The Arkansas Gem School program recognizes schools demonstrating exceptional student achievement, strong academic growth, sustained improvement over time, or excellence across multiple measures of school performance. This recognition reflects the hard work happening every day at RBHS. We are incredibly proud of our high school students, teachers, staff, families, and community who continue to support and encourage our Ramblers! Congratulations, Rose Bud!! New Statewide Policy Begins in 2025–2026
Starting with the 2025–2026 school year, all Arkansas public schools—including Rose Bud—will enforce Act 122, also known as the “Bell to Bell, No Cell” law. This policy limits student use of personal electronic devices during the school day. Here’s What Rambler Families Need to Know: Devices not allowed during the school day include: •Cell phones •Smartwatches •Tablets •Non-school laptops •Earbuds or headphones •Any personal digital device From the first bell to the last bell, students must: •Keep devices off or silenced •Store them in backpacks or lockers •Avoid using them in classrooms, halls, restrooms, the cafeteria, or study time Allowed Exceptions: •Emergencies (with admin approval) •After-school extracurriculars •School-issued devices for classwork •IEP/504 accommodations •College or concurrent classes needing devices Violations may lead to device confiscation, parent contact, and disciplinary action as outlined in the 2025–2026 Rose Bud Student Handbook. Let’s work together to protect instruction time, minimize distractions, and help our Ramblers stay focused and ready to learn! See your child's student handbook for complete policy details under “Bell to Bell, No Cell. The LEARNS Act established the Merit Teacher Incentive Fund Program to honor and reward exceptional educators throughout Arkansas. Eligible teachers receive an annual bonus from the state.
Rose Bud is proud to have three outstanding teachers chosen for this recognition—proof that dedication truly pays off! |
